Payment/Fees: We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover checks or cash. Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of the rental upon booking your reservation.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before check-in are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled from 15 to 30 days before check-in are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one-half of the total rental for the reservation. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in will not be refunded. For purposes of this policy, the day prior to check-in is counted as day number 1.

Check-in: Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Early check-in may be possible with a phone call or email to confirm cabin availability prior to 4:00 P.M.

Check-out: Check out is 11 A.M. No Exceptions. Before departing, we request that you leave used towels in the first floor bathroom, wash the dishes/run the dishwasher, clean up after yourselves inside/outside and place trash in the trash cans by the street. When you check-out of the cabin, follow the instructions on your cabin information sheet regarding the key. There is a $25 charge for lost keys. We cannot accommodate late check-outs. We need to get the cabin ready for our next guests, so please abide by our check-out policies.

Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the premises.  Absolutely No Visitors are permitted!  Our cabin is designed for families and couples, not for large parties.  Any changes to a reservation pertaining to guests at the cabin need prior approval from management.  A $500 fine will be charged to your credit card for visitors and unregistered guests.

Minimum Age: You must be 25 years of age or accompanied by parent. First two children 12 years of age or under stay free.

wildflowerAmenities: Occasionally the appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, phone, internet, cable or other “Acts of God or Nature” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any rentals paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check-in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Driving Conditions: Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which in some areas requires cautious driving. The road leading to the Cabin is paved and maintained by the township. On occasion, especially in winter months, road and/or driving conditions may be slippery. At these times, 4-wheel drive is recommended. The driveway to the Cabin is long with loose gravel. In winter, 4-wheel drive may be required.

Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Cabin nor it is allowed on the decks. Absolutely no discarding of cigarette butts anywhere on the property! A minimum cleaning/environmental charge of $500 will be charged for any smoking outside of the designated area. Clean-up includes, but is not limited to: windows, window treatments, walls, carpet/rugs, etc. Smoking is allowed in the designated area only, located on the side of the Cabin by the smokers' post. Cigarette butts should be disposed of in the smokers' post.

Pets: We do NOT accommodate pets at anytime in the Cabin or on the grounds.

No-Firearms: Absolutely no firearms permitted on the property, and no firearms discharge is permitted on the property.

No Hunting: No hunting allowed on the property or on neighboring property.wildflower

Off-Road Vehicles/Horse Trailers: Absolutely no all terrain vehicles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes , or other recreational vehicles may be used on the property at any time. Motorcycles as a mode of transportation to the Cabin may be used on the designated driveway and parking area. No Horse trailers of any sort are allowed on the property. Guests will be responsible for repair cost for any damage caused by ATV's, dirt bikes, or horse trailers.

Fireworks/Campfire: Absolutely no fireworks/firecrackers of any kind permitted anywhere, anytime on the property. Campfires are only permitted in the designated fire pit on the side yard of the Cabin. Wood should be burned only in the fire pit, and any fire should be completely extinguished before you leave the campfire area.

Damages: Antlers Grove Cabin owners have designed and furnished with the highest quality materials. We expect that our guests will at all times respect the inside, outside and surrounding property. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know immediately to avoid any damages being charged to you.

Liability: Guest(s) agrees to assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during their stay either on the land or in the Cabin. One should use caution when hiking the area due to the steep wet hillside, cliffs and other hazards as well as in the cabin on stairs, decks and the loft area. The guest(s) will not hold the owners responsible for any injury or damage sustained while using the cabin or land.

Hot Tub: The Hot Tub to be used at your own risk, if for any reason the hot tub has to be drained and refilled due to guests negligence, an additional charge of $200 will apply.

bird of prayMinor Children: Any children or guests under 18 years of age must not be left unattended at any time. Adult supervision of minor children is required at all times.

While in the Hocking Hills Area: You most likely will encounter various woodland creatures such as deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels and a wide variety of birds. Please do not feed or approach wildlife. Do not leave food out at night, as you may have uninvited guests at the Cabin. We have our cabin professionally exterminated, but it is not bug or rodent proof. Please remember you are in the forest, and we have invaded their habitat, so chances are you will see insects and spiders occasionally.

take Route 33 Bypass around Lancaster, Ohio and continue towards Logan. Take sr180 and make right


From Cincinnati, OhioTo Laurelville (western Hocking County):
Take I-71 North. Exit at US 35 east (Washington Court House exit). Follow 35 East. Take US 22 East to Circleville and continue east on 22 towards Lancaster. Take US 33 E towards Logan. Take sr 180 exit.


From PittsburghTo Logan (eastern Hocking County):
Take I-279 south to I-79 Exit. Take I-79 south to I-70 west. Continue west on I-70 through Zanesville to the Route 13 Exit. Proceed south on Route 13. Make a short jog west onto State Route 256. Take State Route 664 south. Take State Route 664 south. Take State Route 664 south to US 33 and take sr 180 exit


From Cleveland/Akron/Canton
Take I-77 south to Cambridge. Take I-70 west to the U.S. 37 east/Lancaster exit (#126). Follow U.S. 37 to Lancaster. Turn right onto US 22 for 4 blocks. Turn left onto U.S. 33 east. Continue on U.S. 33 to the State Route 180


From Indianapolis/Dayton
Take I-70 to east to Columbus. To Logan (eastern Hocking County):
Just east of Downtown Columbus, take US 33 east through Lancaster. Exit at State Route 664 (Logan-Bremen exit). Turn right (south) onto SR 180.


From Toledo
Take I-75 South to 23 South. At 270 in Columbus: To Logan (eastern Hocking County):
Take 270 East. exit at Route 33 East towards Lancaster. Take US 33 east through Lancaster. Exit at State Route 664 (Logan-Bremen exit). Turn right (south) onto SR 180
